Question by Ben Dean: It's illegal for sex for anybody under age of contents, why pregnant underage didn't get arrest?

Why police aren't making arrest on teen female who got pregnant at underage?
In most state, it's illegal for anybody at age under 18 to even do sex. Some are 17, some are 16, but not younger. Most state stated that even two age 13 have sex is still illegal, and juvenile do enforce them under the law.

Let say there is a 14 years old female who got pregnant, why don't police make an arrest on this female, then question her over who is fathered the baby. So they can charge for having sex at underage on her and him.

Don't even need parents to push the charges if police knows her age while she is pregnant. Anybody can make this report as a crime report if anybody see young female having baby. Next step is arrest. That is simple. Can't this law be enforce too? Don't need to prove that she did have sex if she is pregnant because it's prove that sex has already happen.

The girl could claim virgin birth. She could say her hymen broke while riding a bike one day. There is nothing anyone could do.
